Complaints and disputes
The User may submit his or her suggestions or complaints to Travelcare, located at Rua Damião de Góis nº 323, 4050-227 – Porto, through the telephone line +351 223 322 237 or the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an alternate Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity. In accordance with Law no. 144/2015 of September 8, we inform you that the Client may use the following Alternative Dispute Resolution entities: Client Provider of Travel and Tourism Agencies in Portugal www.provedorapavt.com, Arbitration Commission of Turismo de Portugal in www.turismodeportugal.pt or to any of the entities duly indicated in the list available by the Directorate General of the Consumer in http://www.consumidor.pt/ whose consultation we advise already.
